About the Club
Our mission is to provide opportunities for all young people in Peebles and the surrounding area to play football in an environment that is safe and enjoyable, and allows all children to develop and improve to the best of their ability. Our principal philosophy is the provision of a safe and supportive community-based environment, which encourages skill development, fitness, fair play and teamwork.
We run football squads from ages 4 to 17 with a view of running adult teams in the future. Our squads are all led by volunteers recruited from parents. We support all our volunteers and encourage them to develop their coaching skills though SFA courses. Football training runs pretty much throughout the year with a short break during the summer holidays. All our squads will train at Whitestone/Kerfield Park from April to mid-October. From mid-October to end of March our squads train at Peebles High School or at the Gytes Leisure Centre.
The club is run by a Committee drawn mainly from our coaching volunteers. Full details of the Committee and our club policies can be found on the Club Policy page. If you want to know more, or register your child or volunteer then please contact the club.
